Well, it may be corny for someone to get upset over something from his or her childhood that had suddenly went away, but earlier this past Tuesday, Sony Pictures, the owner of the Funimation Global Group, had rebranded it to Crunchyroll, LLC., and I am pretty sure there are people that are going to argue that their streaming service is garbage or that Crunchyroll has a better subscription base, but Funimation wasn't just about streaming to begin with, It's the legacy that started in 1994, and the legacy is still intact in several Blu-ray or DVD or VHS collections. I mean when I went to the Crunchyroll Store. there are less Blu-rays than the Funimation shop's selections despite Funimation's FAQ stating that their own shop will remain open. But, Gen Fukunaga is still with the company which still owns a 5% stake before the renaming to CR. The rebranding somehow tarnished the legacy a little bit in my opinion. Today has officially marked one year since My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic, ended after nine seasons spanning an entire 2010's decade, as you guys may have known, I used to watch the show from August 2013 until October 13, 2014, but actually, the last My Little Pony related content I watched was around November 4th of 2017 when I watched My Little Pony: The Movie in theaters. When the show ended, Most of the Brony and Pegasister fandom have started to deplete since season 6, as the former fans have converted into being fans of anime, furries or even video games (i.e. Overwatch or PUBG). But for me, I left the Brony fandom around November of 2014 and when the show ended last year, Most of the brony and pegasisters have moved on to different cartoon shows. So whether you loved it or hated it, the Friendship is Magic era had ended, and Hasbro has already put out a new MLP cartoon which gained a controversy around the former fandom, and there will be nothing new around the

Ever since a few months ago, Sony has announced that they would rename the main company Sony Corporation to "Sony Group Corporation" and have it's electronics division renamed to Sony Corporation. I have thought of an what if scenario that Sony's 2021 restructure would see Sony Pictures being renamed to "Columbia TriStar Entertainment", bringing the Torch Lady and Pegasus back together on one screen since 2004, and to have Sony Pictures Television being renamed back to Columbia TriStar Television with a new logo themed after the last logo except with the 2015 TriStar Pegasus and the 2007 Columbia logo
